aka 360th post.
yay.
and that's the reason why you should NEVER do math in holidays.
especially trigo.
just that I've almost forgotten all my identities but thankfully none of them came out in WSC except double angle.
lol.
speaking of WSC it was alright.
especially since I really didn't expect anything out of it in the first place.
and really the only reason why shek's team did that well was cos they got some screwed up debate judge.
so really my team should have done better than theirs XD. cos we beat them in challenge and bowl i.e. the 2 more unbiased sections.
shockingly my team managed to get full marks in lit/hist for bowl. which was a drastic improvement from Singapore finals. but then we could have done a lot better if I hadn't screwed up geog/econs + spoke up for art ._.
oh and 9/10 for math which was quite yay although it was quite scary - e.g. synthetic division of like what a 5th degree polynomial in 15s? or solving log equations ._.
but seriously considering how little effort I put in [relatively speaking] and how much bridge we played it was quite alright.
and shockingly I managed to get prizes for history AND math.
ok anyway for the rest of the holidays - monday was spent slacking, tues went back to school for socdoc - where we discovered the new 'security measures' - basically they locked all the gates except for the main one so everyone goes in/out from there AND they scan your ezlink cards when you enter AND exit.
so instead of climbing over gates for lunch we got OWL to drive us out.
XD.
today was spent shopping for phys PT. got wires and batteries but still can't find magnets. then had lunch with aaron and went home and just slacked.
until now.
which is like 1am.
whee.
EDIT: just found this on school website, talking about how the school is in lockdown mode [i.e. all gates closed, IC scanning - THANKFULLY NO TEMPERATURE TAKING]:
"students are advised to refrain from entering the school by other means."
XD
