I think I'm losing you.
or that I'm being left behind as everyone moves on.
same difference really.

hmm I have this feeling my com won't survive the month. lol.
and singtel really hates me. and vice versa.
but then again the internet is in a sense just a distraction and perhaps a means of escaping from the world at large. especially when all one does when one gets home is to just go on the com and stay there the whole night [as almost everyone does nowadays]. but then again it's also perhaps at the same time still a means of interaction with the world at large - and perhaps also exposes us to new areas / perspectives that we wouldn't otherwise be able to see (or at least not that easily lol). so maybe it's just doing what books did for an earlier generation. and maybe that's why I spend most of my time on wiki and stuff like nytimes.com. but yeah at the same time it's still perhaps an avenue away from the real world for most people. I think.
hmm but fiction does the same thing. so I'm not too sure.
but then the internet / the computer does tend to make us more distracted and less able to focus. yeah so those criticisms do hold. and perhaps what's more worrying is not the amount of time we spend online but rather this whole internet culture - to quote an NYT opinion piece I read not too long ago "[the internet can] bring out the worst in people. You’re straining after eyeballs, not big thoughts. So you go for the shallow, funny, contrarian or cynical."
also consider this:
"Why would I engage with people digitally whom I would never engage with actually? Why does the technology exonerate the kind of foul expression that you would not tolerate anywhere else?"
stomp is damn irritating.

ugh this is turning into a GP essay. just that I'm too lazy to string the arguments together so I'm just throwing stuff here and letting you connect the dots.
was at bridge camp today. was rather fun. but at the same time also kinda regret that I missed so much of bridge last year. so like it felt that this camp was also in a sense my camp ._.
I kinda messed up my CCAs last year lol. thanks to spending too much time at RI side. hmm. worth it? I dunno.
and of course it doesn't help that I haven't played bridge in about a month thanks to chemO and H3. and that some j1s are quite possibly already better than me.
lalala.
and this is weird I keep getting this sense of regret about not having done enough in j1. and I never got this feeling before / about any other year. maybe cos jc life seems particularly short. and maybe cos I wasted too much of it. or maybe cos it's my last year now so like inevitably I'm looking back and reflecting and all that. or maybe cos I really did mess up.
hmm who knows?
holidays are going to be quite horrible. need to mug for chemO selection (and odds that I do get in are less than 50-50 I think). plus complete the h3 coursework. and even after 7 out of 13 lectures I am still in no position to sit for the final exam - the questions are still rather incomprehensible. and I don't think I've learnt anything yet. argh. and still got all sorts of miscellany like reading geog books and rc stuff and mugging for CTs. blah.
but first I need to catch up on my sleep.
and stop procrastinating.
yay for conflicting objectives.

hmm must not let the blog die.
lol.
although I liked the previous post. especially the title. and I can't seem to come up with a decent title for this post.
argh it's already the wednesday of week 10.
so stuff to do over the hols
bridge camp fri/sat
chemO training at NIE mon/tues
h3 class response
h3 project [ugh]
mug for chemO selection
at least no CTs for me. yay.
but then again it's not like there's a lot to mug this time around - physics is just the usual round of definitions / formulae; chem is chem; math just need to revise the older pure math topics (summation - ugh); geog - human go grab points and examples while physical it's just everything that's been done this year. no irritating trivia on water management and conflicts and whatnot [which is in a sense good since I missed that set of lectures last year. plus it most likely won't appear this year for As anyway].
argh have an irritating headache now. which is probably why I'm not being very coherent at the moment.
neil gaiman is surprisingly good.
[yes I've managed to find time to read stuff like that when I still have clayden / shriver and atkins / keeler and wothers lying unread all over the house. plus an atmo book and some urban geog book]
tired.
shall sleep early for once.

hmm seems like I'm the only one in class who still blogs.
spent the whole of today doing nothing. as usual.
even though there's so much that I should be doing / so many books just waiting to be read. and most of them need to be read. like for chem and H3 and all that. argh.
just re-skinned the blog. when I should have been doing work.
argh whatever.

A level results came out yesterday.
a reminder, in a sense, of how much [or rather how little] time we have left before it's our turn; of what's just around the corner this november.
yep we're next in line. and march 2011 doesn't seem very far away now.
also we seem to do better every year.
so of course the next question is - can we deliver?
and that one I'm not too sure. I just don't feel good enough - get this feeling that I'll mess up something (be it GP or PW). and of course I doubt I'll get 8 distinctions let alone 7 (thanks to chinese + h3. seriously a research project with kamal or even graph theory looks like a better choice now).
but then again does it matter if I mess up - 1. there's always others to take my place and 2. well there's always backups right. I still haven't really decided what I want to do with my life. and I guess well yeah I'd be slightly disappointed at first [ok who am I kidding] but then I'll settle into something else and be content there. as is what usually happens. and seriously wouldn't mind teaching [in RI / RJ of course] if it comes to that. lol.
if I mess up As / the rest of this year / scholarship and uni apps and all that - which is after all rather [highly] possible, especially for the last one - would it be a case of wasted talent? or does it not matter - if you happen to screw up then so be it. I'm inclined towards the latter right now.
I seem to have this total lack of ambition / be too easily contented and accept things as they are / not really bother or care about these things. but then again is all that a bad thing?
I dunno. maybe things are just meant to be this way.
whatever. we'll see when we get there [which isn't very far away actually. oops].
---
bah really felt like doing something today. like had quite a bit of excess energy in the system. but then all the reading seemed too dry and boring. and couldn't think of anything else to distract myself with [usually would have a project of some sort to work on - be it creating something for RC or coming up with stuff for the GC kids - but strangely nothing today].
and of course this portends badly for tomorrow afternoon.
maybe I'll start on chem. or that irritating h3 project.
but somehow I doubt it.
---
was wondering again - what kind of person am I?
or rather: how do people see me / what am I to others?
have I managed to make a difference / some semblance of an impact on others or am I just known for say chem and igeo and all that and that's it?
as this part of my life draws to a close and I look back - what do I see?
I've left quite a bit of myself behind [or so I think] but I don't know how much of that has been felt. hmm.
did I matter?
---
blah as you can see I've been very introspective / emo (?) these days. and a lot more tired and whatnot.
I'm so getting old.
urgh.
or maybe it's just this realisation that time's running out and my time's almost over now - there's not much left to do except mug for As. and move on. and I'm not yet ready to / I don't want to move on? urgh this sense inertia is irritating.
nailed it?
nah there's also something else. that I can't seem to lay a finger on.
nevermind maybe it'll appear in another post.
nb. and reading fantasy and whatnot (i.e. LOTR) isn't helping one bit. as in a sense it's a means of escape from the real world [which I so don't want to face up to at this time]. and not to mention a very powerful distraction. oops.

401 / blah
WARNING: largely incoherent post follows.
hmm it just struck me today that it's been 5 years already.
which actually is a very long time. and quite a large part of my life actually.
but doesn't seem that long though. seems like all these 5 years just flew past.
and now it's march already - looking back jan and feb are just a blur and now time is running by faster than ever [why?!] and before I know it I'll be out of school.
so the feeling that I'm getting now is like when you're at the last chapter of a very long novel and there's only a few pages left and you know it's almost the end and you're trying to read as slowly as possible to make the novel / plot last just a little bit longer. but then as always it's never long enough.
or you're in a movie and most of the action is past and you know it's going to end but you don't want it to - but then it does.
blah. only 8 more months. can't quite believe it now - it feels kinda surreal that I've spent 5 years in RI already; that it's almost over and most of it's already behind me and there's so little time left.
and I'm almost 18 already.
plus I'm feeling more tired / worn-out [read: old] than I ever did - that I no longer have as much energy [?] as I used to a few years back, that now I can't do as much as I did back then. so it's like I'm having less drive / interest / willpower? to do things now. and also I'm not doing as much as I used to do. but at the same time feeling more exhausted than I ever did / used to be.
basically just weary.
and perhaps apathetic. but then apathetic doesn't quite capture the whole idea of things. bah. tired I guess. and worn-out.
and also perhaps this feeling that well the best times / years are already past and what's left is just [can't get the word here] - well you know what I mean. just the remnants / shreds of the past. or whatever.
and no rest for me until t2w3 earliest [i.e. after chemO selection test]. or after gc on 2nd april. or maybe in may after geopol's done [yeah that one's causing me undue stress as well cos really I doubt I'll get a distinction or whatever]. or maybe after prelims. or after my uni apps are done.
you get the idea.
feel kinda stretched; stretched thin.
and yet at the same time I'm not as overcommitted as I was in '09 or '10.
but not exactly burnt out.
yet.
and somehow I found 3 hours today to watch the two towers in the SFL.
and almost done reading return of the king [for the 3rd time already].
oops.
yeah somaybe I've brought the stress upon myself thanks to my wonderful prioritising / time management skills.
but yeah at the same time things are going by way too quickly - to use a very clichéd metaphor it feels like what's left of this year is like sand slipping out of your hands.
meh.
[oh and LOTR makes me rather emo and introspective so that kinda accounts for some of the writing in this post. lol.]

oh man I'm falling sick during CHINESE new year.
blah.
3 days of the 5 day break gone. and I'm so getting used to waking up at 11am every day. damn.
and haven't gotten any work done as usual. nevermind at least I can blame that on my falling sick. [but then I've managed to finish fellowship in a day again ._.]
oops.
and once sunday's gone it's back to the monotony again. meh.
just more crowded though.
j1s year5s are irritating.
WARNING: largely incoherent paragraph after this - you're best advised to skip it ty.
blah 've been quite depressed these few days thinking about life afterdeath school - can't believe that this'll be my last year in RI/RJ [and like I so miss RI life]. plus there's this huge cloud of uncertainty hanging over me - NS [argh] and uni / scholarship applications [meh] - no idea what to do about them / what I'm gonna do in uni / where to go to / what to do after uni. so these questions make things kinda stressful. plus you have things like CT1 / prelims which I'm quite certain of messing up [especially thanks to GP]. and why did I even take H3 geo in the first place. blah. and of course there's this general feeling of inadequacy / that I'm not good enough and that I'll screw things up [my essay-writing skills are crap really. as can be seen from this blog lol. and my transcripts/records aren't all that spectacular either]. and that I won't get into (insert university name here) and/or I'll mess things up after I get in / won't be able to compete and all that. so in a sense there's this fear that well I'm not as good as I used to be / as I'm supposed to be / as I thought I'd be / as what everyone else sees of me. well this is the real world I guess. time to get out of the system [and move on into another one ._.] so as always things will come to pass and we'll see how things go when we get there. but still that doesn't help the worrying for now.
meh.

yes I'm posting again. why exactly I'm not sure - guess I'm just bored lol.
anyway I managed 17 posts last year - hopefully I'll do better this time around ._. and the post count has been inching towards 400 the whole of last year. asymptotically.
school's the usual - things are going on as if we've never left lol. but thankfully none of that urgency about As as yet. but I'm kinda worried about CT1 [read: GP]. meh.
speaking of things that never change - just when we thought we could start slacking for chem [heck astee's pace for lecture is considered relaxing ok] - we get more spam. yay. and my organic is still as horrible as ever. meh.
but surprisingly enough I'm putting in more work this year - i.e. I actually do some tutorials [chem / math but not physics of course]. and I'm back to reading non-fiction - i.e. chem and geog [but they're awfully boring though]. but again that leaves me with no time to read the fiction I want to. [I have a whole list on my phone]. and I must finish watching the LOTR films argh.
yay for distractions.
h3s are another horrible thing. geopol is totally iffy and fluffy and not very geographical yet. but at least the content knowledge / subject matter is fun. but I don't have a very good feeling about the grade I'm gonna get ._. well at least I get to pon GP [or rather part of it]. but then it's causing me to miss bridge. and I wanted to play more bridge this year [and actually get it up to scratch for once]. oh well.
but anyway school life is getting boring. and repetitive. and it's gonna get crowded once the year5s get orientated and start flooding the canteen again. year5s are annoying. and noisy. and dumb. and take up too much space. ugh.
and I should have spent the past 2 hours doing work.
whatever.
old habits die hard.
XD
edit: oh and I realised I'm the only one in the class who still blogs.
meh.

7 October 2010
397/october!
yay finally posting in 8 days lol.
hmm physics went rather well I think. but geog was a total disaster and I was quite pissed off with myself so I didn't post lol.
basically I picked the wrong essay to do. and then went on to write crap for it. and I did my DRQs too well lol. and the essays were horrible. yep it was that bad.
meh.
saturday and sunday were boring. mainly spent slacking. only started mugging chem at 9pm on sunday lol.
chem was doable just that I made a whole host of stupid mistakes at the MCQs. oops. and I'll most likely drop quite a few marks here and there in structured lol.
hmm after chem went for a long class lunch. and after the long lunch went for ice cream. [but then again only half of us bought icecream the rest just loitered inside to enjoy the aircon].
then like the gathering dispersed cos some people had CCA ._. and some had work to do. so what was left of us [me/matt/guo/zhaoyuan/father/odac/zhe-sheng] went to odac/daniel's house to play tennis.
and my tennis really sucks lol. but it was fun. and it was like my first time exercising in many weeks. heh. pig joined us a while later and did the commentary.
thereafter pig/me/father/zhaoyuan/xiuzhen went for dinner. was sorely tempted to get more icecream [cos we were near udders] but didn't.
got home about 9. yay for post-promo slacking.
went to school the next day for PW that was supposed to be at 11. but since 7B and 6H dragged it got pushed to after the OP lecture.
so OP lecture from 1220 - 1430. was quite good just that the sharing by the J2s was rather fail.
oh we got our restructured timetables! which are nice and empty.
sadly wty is grabbing us for chemO every monday and tuesday from 8 - 3 and wednesday from 8 - 10. UNTIL THE END OF THE YEAR
and I don't want to miss lectures zzz. [and 13/22 people in the class will be gone like wth].
oh anyway PW after the lecture - our OP dry run is next wednesday.
and the report isn't done yet. I'm supposed to be editing it now but wwc didn't finish it yesterday so I'm slacking.
urgh OP.
ok what else oh wednesday was the chemRA post-promo test. which was bad. lol. messed up the energetics, equilibria and wty's chem bonding sections. which is about half the marks. oops.
but at least I found section A very doable. and as usual all the evil kinetics stuff that we mugged didn't appear ._. anyway wty's gonna be very disappointed in us but I doubt anyone cares.
then after the post-promo test we had lunch. then went back to school to do PW. I finished the cover page for the report. yay.
then I went home abandoning the rest of the group lol. basically how my group works is we take turns rewriting the entire thing. so first danieltay writes it then wwc then me.
lol. wwc says it's inefficient but at least there's continuity and flow.
just that sometimes I get so sian of the report that I don't bother flipping back and checking that things follow.
oops.
ok now I'm still bored. and I read too quickly zzz.
I think I shall go do all of wty's tutorials right now.
ew.
hmm physics went rather well I think. but geog was a total disaster and I was quite pissed off with myself so I didn't post lol.
basically I picked the wrong essay to do. and then went on to write crap for it. and I did my DRQs too well lol. and the essays were horrible. yep it was that bad.
meh.
saturday and sunday were boring. mainly spent slacking. only started mugging chem at 9pm on sunday lol.
chem was doable just that I made a whole host of stupid mistakes at the MCQs. oops. and I'll most likely drop quite a few marks here and there in structured lol.
hmm after chem went for a long class lunch. and after the long lunch went for ice cream.

396/yay
I'm posting with an amazing regularity now.
lol.
ok fine it's just the 2nd post in as many days.
but compared to the shortfall in the rest of the year yes I'm prepared to consider it regular.
so today went to school for MORNING ASSEMBLY!
and to laugh at all the econs people. so walked over to the MPH with them to wish them luck [they'll need it].
oh now I'm re-reading my may posts [which were about january/february and heck I really miss the start of J1. meh]
ok anyway back to today went to canteen thereafter met marken who was mugging for CL and yap who didn't know what time his CL paper was and thus came to school 6 hours early. just in case.
._.
so anyway tackled a handful of probability and distribution questions. then finished summarising most of hydro [except flooding cos by then I got bored].
anyway back to the present I'm re-reading my old posts and laughing at myself.
lol.
ok so this morning the canteen was really empty [no annoying J2s and just a handful of people mugging. like me. cos really if I stayed at home I'd wake up at 11 and get on the comp and stay on until 11pm and go sleep. so at least I was semi-productive today]. so it was quite nice. just that a whole bunch of teachers were having breakfast and it was damn noisy.
they are seriously too free.
so anyway after that econs came out after having been delayed since they decided to give everyone a 15-20 minute toilet break between case study and essay ._. and they apparently took a hell of a long time to finish collecting.
so had lunch with econs people then went home and slacked.
hey at least I was rather/somewhat productive in the morning.
so got home at about 2 slept until 5 went on the com and read stuff like wiki and bbc news and the newyorktimes and of course fb. then got bored so I'm here.
and I can't believe I'm like updating so often now that it's PROMOS.
maybe cos there's no PW to do now.
and maybe cos I feel kinda prepared for math having actually done some bits of the september hols revision exercise + mock promo + prelim stats section.
and maybe cos I feel kinda prepared for physical now since all I need to do is just read the 24 cards of physical geog. lol.
and cos I know I can't really do much for human except smoke.
so all that's left is physics. urgh. but there's always tomorrow after math!
[of course more likely than not I'll end up slacking tomorrow afternoon but things can always change you never know.]
but seriously phys chem and math are easy As [which is why I'm like not worried at all] but it's just a matter of the percentile.
and I'm worried about my percentile. ugh.
but still too lazy to do anything about it. well fine maybe I'm practising a bit more than I did for CTs. so percentage wise I think my productivity/effort is up by a lot XD. but whatever.
ok I'm still to lazy to post about the taiwan trip [ok fine some things never change] so shall go find someone to talk to over msn.
lol. and why am I blogging right now of all things?
oh yes cos I'm bored.
damn.
[edit: rant - why the heck is the RI library so crowded now. and why the hell are the sec1s-4s so damn noisy. but the place is still much better than RJ. and the sofas pwn].
lol.

argh I'm very bored today.
hmm last posted on saturday so not much to fill people in with lol.
anyway monday - went to school and managed to clear most of physical geog in 5 hours [excluding a very long lunch break]. yay condensed all of litho onto 9 index cards. but kinda cheated cos I used a 0.38 pen sometimes.
so now I feel semi-confident. but I wonder how much went in.
then after that went home and slacked. and kinda like gave up on GP.
hmm haven't started on human though.
today - sadly no environment question came out. so I picked the closest geog related one - something about raising the retirement age being a necessary evil in today's society.
which is really just ageing population + solutions. lol. but problem is I don't think I addressed necessary evil well enough. eek.
and my writing speed has fallen only managed 4.5 sides in 1.5 hours.
this does not bode well for geog.
compre was horrible. messed up the structured questions and vocab. oops. and spent too much time on summary resulting in a very very very very very badly done AQ. cos I was really doing it stream-of-consciousness style without proper planning.
and the question itself was weird. sighs.
anyway got home about 3 today. weather was good.
so I actually did some work! went to download every single attachment wty sent us ._.
and arranged and compiled them very nicely. so I'm all prepared for mugging for chemO once promos end [like I will but still one can always hope].
hmm so yeah I haven't done much mugging. but YAY I HAVE TOMORROW FREE. take that econs people.
but I'll most probably go to school if I want to get some studying done lol. cos if I stay at home I can so guess what will happen. but damn that means I'll need to wake up early. argh.
3 more days to geog/phys and then promos are OVER!
lol. yes chem doesn't count XD.

394/er how many more days
ok this is bad I'm totally not concentrating on my mugging at all.
inertia.
whatever.
ok so I've been very distracted today. and in fact the past week.
but then again I've done more prep then like ever before cos I've actually done what a mock chem paper and a mock physics paper and a mock math paper. when I actually can't be bothered to practice.
lol.
anyway hmm oops it seems that I last posted about a week ago and I feel lazy to recap everything that happened this week. meh. ok so let's work backwards again until I feel like giving up.
today was math mock promo. went quite well just that I must stop making stupid mistakes. like changing + signs to - signs ._.
like I keep copying the question wrongly.
and I must stop wasting so much time on curve sketching. and I need to get a ruler. oops.
after mock promo went for lunch then slacked the rest of the day.
[like now. oops]
friday - first 2 blocks free cos jason lai cancelled lecture ._. and no PW. so spent the morning reading other classes' GP notes which are so much more useful than what I get. meh.
PE was tiring. I do not like soccer.
then another chunk of free blocks. got KS bull. essays in there were bull as usual.
ate lunch even though it was only 11am. [Friday's timetable really sucks].
then 1h30 of GP. which was zzz as usual. and since he's so slow at going through things I keep vandalising and drawing on my GP handouts.
and speaking of which I need to work on my drawing skills/find more things to draw.
so shockingly I got a 6 for my AQ. which I attribute to spending 40 min on it and spamming and spamming. even though he says don't spam and he already said I ramble too much [but gave me a 6 anyway ._.]
I still have totally no confidence for my essays. or for compres. oops.
so I'm just gonna leave GP to the hands of whatever marker I get. meh.
then 2h of chem. first a test with a very evil elucidation question on ALKENES. I mean like what the hell can you elucidate about alkenes. ugh.
and I keep losing track of carbons. and I so cannot join bits and pieces of the molecule together in my head lol.
hmm then going through the mock papers and stuff. peer marking is fun.
yeah so as usual he dragged until 330. i.e. when the aircon turns off.
hmm so after that back home and well read a bit and spent way too much time online again.
thursday - first block free. sat in chem lecture and did part of the paper that wty went through on friday [i.e. see above]. the lecturer is horrible. but so is the lecture group. hmm. next block free again. joined 6A in the canteen to eat/talk/play on clement's iphone.
3rd block geog - got back the hydro essay which I was so sure I messed up but somehow still got 13. so that's something good that comes out of spamming info. yay. but need to work on my diagrams. and handwriting. and speed. target 4 sides in 30 min.
then physics lecture - was revision went through some other mock promo questions. somehow I find physics easy. well most straightforward questions that is. so promo should be doable if I memorise my definitions and formulae and whack correctly. yay.
math lecture was zzz. can't remember what I was doing but it couldn't have been interesting. I presume it was finishing up that chem paper I was doing in chem lecture [the woman's voice was annoying so I kept getting distracted].
PE was floorball. which was fun but tiring. and my specs keep falling off.
then 2 blocks free yet again. then math tutorial which was stats recap. yay.
then chem koped enrichment ra slot for the umpteenth time. to go through that lecture test. In which I made quite a few stupid mistakes. ugh.
oh speaking of chem I cannot stand equilibria questions cos I keep messing up ICE tables. and structure/bonding is horrible cos I keep writing essays for each question since I don't exactly know which marking points are required. and yet I can still miss some. ew.
and I'm so gonna screw up stoichio mcqs during promo. meh.
ok so after thurs went home and didn't do anything as usual.
hmm weds math was finishing APGP I think. phys went to lab for first bit to see some interference demos. which was fun. and a pleasant waste of time. then for tutorial where he took his own time in going through the last few questions lol. somehow I can stand 2hr phys blocks more than 2hr chem ones. maybe cos he lets us off early.
then free which was rather boring cos the rest of the class had econs lecture. then GP which I totally cannot remember what happened. eh wait he went through paragraphs from essays. and I did a lot of drawing/vandalism.
and the whole class doesn't really answer his questions so he wastes a lot of time waiting lol.
then loitered around in the canteen and library and did some parts of wty's mock promo. then off for RC stuff then got home late and didn't do anything after I got back.
you can start to see a trend here and understand why I'm so screwed for promo lol.
am too lazy to write about tues/mon lol. sleepy.
this is really bad. must mug geog tomorrow urgh.
inertia.

20 September 2010
393/sleepy
hmm got home at 3 today.
slept at 4
woke up at 7 for dinner
now feel like sleeping again.
productive much.
but then again I spent the whole of sat and sun doing PW.
ok fine sat I woke up at noon. and sun I had a headache after lunch so like spent 1pm - 6pm slacking.
but still.
and I kept telling myself to post over the course of the last week but it seems like I haven't really posted seeing how the last post was dated last monday. oops.
anyways hmm lemme go backwards. friday was long and drawn-out as usual. with no break since cheng koped it. and it was very wet. especialy since xiuzhen decided to walk in the rain after PE and we followed [cos it was theoretically the shortest route to the canteen]. but RJ classrooms have nice floors that let you go barefoot in. and I like walking without shoes.
meh.
and I keep getting pwned by my essays. oops. like how I just flunked the most recent GP one. but then again that was cos of epic misinterpretation of the question cos I thought scientists being concerned about their inventions/discoveries = whether they should care what might happen and hence stop what they're doing to prevent anything bad from happening while what he wanted is something about whether they should be held accountable.
so my stand was like what no don't care just do your research you can't predict what will happen anyway. so just do science and leave the real world to the politicians.
oops sweeping statements much. and the thing is I'm too used to arguing geog style i.e. black vs white but then GP is a whole bunch of shades of grey that we should be considering. ew.
and my structure/phrasing often borders on the verge of incoherence most of the time.
lol. and I ramble too much.
so I'm kinda worried. especially since how GP is totally hit-or-miss.
argh.
anyway ok back to school life.
so after 2 hours of chem tutorial [which was preceded by 2h30 of GP] - I really really really hate fridays - went back to RI for RC POP. which was fun. and went rather well. but problem is it ended at what 9. then went to J8 to eat. and ended up reaching home past midnight.
[which explains why I woke up at noon on saturday anyway].
can't remember much on thursday just that some of us were desperately trying to spam reaction kinetics II for the RA phys chem test. Michaelis-menten is actually quite fun and understandable now. but I hate all the disgusting integration. and then nothing actually came out.
and for the RA phys chem test they were damn stingy with the mark allocation lol.
anyway my timetable is like zzz cos now I've got chem lecture slots free. so like for example my tuesdays look like civics geog math free physics free physics free PW. while thursdays are free free geog physics math PE free free math enrichment RA.
and I have a tendency to eat at every opportunity/free block that I get. of which there are very many.
and if I go to the library I always get distracted by the huge shelf of past year RJ papers. and end up reading them just for fun and not really doing any of the questions. oops.
and I must stop sleeping and slacking.
ok shall not delve into wednesday or even tuesday cos frankly I can barely remember what happened.
and I shall not rant about RJ human geog dept. or crappy human geog lectures and notes.
hmm what else nothing much I guess I feel like sleeping now.
